Studer Ágnes távozik

Tíz szezont követően távozik saját nevelésű játékosunk, Studer Ágnes, aki 15 évesen mutatkozott be együttesünkben és azóta a klub ikonjává, a felnőtt válogatott alapemberévé nőtte ki magát.

Bekövetkezett az „elkerülhetetlen”, azaz elhagyja csapatunkat Studer Ágnes. A 24 éves karmester saját szavaival mondja el, mit gondol erről, s a klub életében rendkívüli fontossággal bíró változással kapcsolatban Szabó Noémi sportigazgatónk is tollat ragadott.

Studer Ágnes nyilatkozata:

Hálás vagyok a klubnál eltöltött időért, hogy felneveltek és profi játékost faragtak belőlem; a sok edzésért és munkáért amit együtt elvégeztünk; a győzelmekért, illetve a vereségekért, amikből tanultunk; a rengeteg örömért, sikerért, amit mind együtt éltünk át. Már a csapat tagja voltam, amikor a Szekszárd a hetedik helyért játszott és akkor is, amikor már a döntőbe jutásért küzdöttünk és elindulhattunk a nemzetközi kupaporondon. Amikor erre az útra gondolok, erre a 18 évre, amióta elkezdtem kosarazni, mosolyognom kell. Hálás vagyok, hogy szüleim minden edzésre elvittek bennünket a testvéreimmel, minden meccsen ott voltak és szurkolnak, a mai napig, ők  jelentik számomra a legnagyobb motivációt. Hálás vagyok Harsinak, hogy megtanított kosárlabdázni, megtanított küzdeni, harcolni és rengeteg más dologra, ami nem csak a pályán, hanem az életben is nagyon fontos. Hálás vagyok a csapattársaimnak, akik közül sokan a barátaim, megannyi szép, közös pillanatot éltünk meg együtt. Köszönöm nektek, szurkolóknak, hogy ilyen sokan támogattatok az elmúlt években, veletek együtt felejthetetlen élményeket szereztünk, a sok kislánynak, akik a meccsek után mindig megöleltek és még amikor kikaptunk, akkor is képesek voltak mosolyt csalni az arcomra. Köszönök mindenkinek minden segítséget, akivel együtt dolgoztam, az irodistáknak, edzőknek, stábtagoknak. Köszönöm neked Zseljko a sok munkát, amit befektettél, hogy mindig fejlődjek és előrelépjek, a tudást, amit átadtál, ami által közelebb kerültem a célomhoz, hogy az egyik legjobb legyek. Köszönöm Noémi, Gergő, hogy mindig itt vagytok, bármikor lehet rátok számítani, hiszen egy Család vagyunk.

Mindig tudtuk, hogy eljön ez a – hazudnánk, ha azt mondanánk, várva várt – pillanat… Legalábbis részünkről, és titkon bízunk benne, hogy Te is hasonlóan érzel, mint ahogyan mi: Az egyik szemünk sír, a másik pedig nevet. Olyan érzés, mint amikor a szülők féltve nevelgetik, szerető gondoskodással veszik körül a gyermeküket, de már a születésük pillanatában tudják, ha eljön az idő, el kell majd engedniük. Az idő pedig eljött.

A határtalan büszkeség mellé odasettenkedik némi szomorúság is a szívünkbe, de ez így van rendjén. Összeszorul a torkunk, ha arra gondolunk, hogy elmész, egyben izgatottan, reménykedve várjuk, mi lesz Veled ezután. Emlékszünk Rád, mikor 18 évvel ezelőtt beléptél a tornaterem ajtaján és leültél a padra, hogy nővéred, Zsuzsi edzését végignézd. Másnap már edzeni jöttél Harsihoz, jóval idősebb kislányok közé. Sem nevelőedződ éles hangja, sem a közeg, amibe cseppentél nem tántorított el. Pici voltál, vékonyka, csetlettél-botlottál, de furcsa módon mindig Nálad landolt a labda, mintha mágnessel vonzottad volna. Hatalmas barna szemeiddel, örök derűt árasztva rácsodálkoztál Harsi minden szavára, mozdulatára, és hihetetlen akaraterővel, alázattal sajátítottad el a kosárlabda csínját-bínját. Sosem ismertél lehetetlent, ha kellett akár a “falon is átmentél” a csapatodért, az edzőidért. Már 15 évesen pályára léptél a felnőtt csapatban. Djokics Zseljko kezei alatt töretlenül fejlődtél tovább, és lettél a magyar élvonal legjobb irányítója, s a női válogatott karmesteri pálcája is a Te kezedbe került. Az elmúlt években együtt sírtunk, együtt nevettünk, szerencsére sokkal többet nevettünk. Adtunk egymásnak határtalan szeretetet, hitet, reményt, jó szót a nehéz pillanatokban, és most kicsit félve-féltve, picit nehéz szívvel, de sosem múló szeretettel elengedünk! “Nincs olyan, hogy jó búcsú. Csak búcsú van. Az elengedésnek nem az a lényege, hogy még utoljára átadjunk valamit, hanem az, hogy megőrizzünk valamit az eljövendő időkre.”

After ten seasons, our beloved home-grown player, Agnes Studer, who made her debut in our team at the age of 15 and has since grown into an icon of the club and the playmaker of the Hungarian National Team, leaves.

The „inevitable” has happened, aka Agnes Studer leaves our team. The 24-year-old playmaker tells us what she thinks about the farewell in her own words, and our sporting director Noemi Szabo also assessed her emotional thoughts about this hugely important change, a milestone in the life of the club.

Here is a statement by Agnes Studer:

I am very grateful for the time I spent at the club, that I was raised and turned into a professional player; for all the training and work we have done together; for both the victories and defeats we have learned from; for all the joy and success we have all experienced together. I was already part of the team when Szekszard played for the seventh place in the league and also when we were already fighting for a place in the final and when we competed in the European Cup stage. I got to smile when I look back on this journey, these 18 years since I started playing basketball. I am grateful that my parents took me to every training session with my siblings, they attended every game and they cheered me on, up until now, they are my biggest motivation. I am grateful to Harsi for teaching me how to play basketball, how to fight, how to dig deep when in trouble, and so many other things that are very important on and off the  court. I am grateful to my teammates, many of whom are my friends, we have had so many wonderful moments together. Thank you fans for supporting me so many times over the years, for having unforgettable experiences, memories together with you, for the many little youth players who always hugged me after the games and were able to put a smile on my face even when we lost. Thank you everyone I worked with, the staff, coaches, the office members. Thank you Zseljko for all the work you put in to relentlessly improve me and guiding me forward, for the knowledge you have passed on to me, which has brought me closer to my goal of being one of the best at basketball. Thank you Noemi, Gergo for always being here, being there when needed, you had been and can be counted on at any time, because at Szekszard we are one Family. One day I will definiately return home and put on the KSC jersey again!

 

Now the heartwarming words of our director of sports Noemi Szabo:

We always knew that this – we’d be lying if we said „a long-awaited” – moment was coming… That is our point of view and we secretly hope that you feel the same way as we do: One eye is crying and the other is laughing. It feels like when parents raising their children with jealousy and loving care, but knowing from the moment they were born that when the time comes, they will have to let them go. And the time has come.

Immense pride is accompanied by some sadness in our hearts, but that’s okay. Our throats clench when we think about you leaving us, but we are also excited and full of hope to see what comes to you next. We remember when you walked through the door of our gym 18 years ago and sat down on the bench to watch your sister Zsuzsi training. The next day you came to Harsi for the practice to train, with much older girls around you in the team. Neither the sharp voice of the coach nor the surroundings and the enviroment around you could put you off the hook. You were tiny, skinny, you snapped and stumbled, but, strangely enough, the ball always landed in your hands, as if you had attracted it with a magnet. With your huge brown eyes wide, radiating eternal serenity, you marveled at Harsi’s every word and movement, and you learned the ins and outs of basketball with incredible willpower and humility. The word impossible never occured in your dictionary when it came to that you had to “go through the wall” for your team and coaches. You started playing for the senior team at the age of 15… Under the caring guidance of Djokics Zseljko, you continued to develop steadily, becoming the best playmaker in the Hungarian league, and the main pointguard of the Hungarian women’s National Team. In recent years, we have cried together, and fortunately laughed together a lot more. We have given each other boundless love, faith, hope, sometimes a good word in difficult moments, and now, we are a little afraid and fearful, our heart a bit heavy, but with love that never passes! “There is no such thing as a good goodbye. There is only goodbye. The point of letting go is not to give something a one last time, but to preserve something for the times to come.”
