„Sajnos félelmeink beigazolódtak, nemrég tudtuk meg, hogy a szerdai, pécsi találkozón sérülést szenvedő centerünk, Krnjics Szara jobb térdében elszakadt az elülső keresztszalag. Nagyon nehéz helyzetbe kerültünk, hiszen egyik alapemberünket vesztettük el a magasposzton. A diagnózist követően orvosainkkal egyeztetve most Szarának jön egy egy hónapos pihenés, utána jöhet majd a műtét. Bízunk benne, hogy az operáció jól sikerül és mielőbb a pályán láthatjuk újra játékosunkat.”
Az elődöntő harmadik, sorsdöntő összecsapása Szekszárdon kerül megrendezésre szombaton este hatkor.
Krnjics Szara: crucial torn ligament
Our center suffered a serious injury during our 76–65 loss away to PEAC in the second game of the semifinal on Wednesday.
Director Gergo Szabo alerted us with a very bad news on Thursday afternoon…
„Sadly, our fears were confirmed on Thursday afternoon when we got the news that Krnjics Szara had suffered a crucial ligament rapture in her right knee during the game away to PEAC. That is devastating, she is one of our main post-player. After we discussed the diagnosis, we decided with our medical staff that Szara will rest for the next month, then she would go under the operation. We hope that everything will go according to plan and we shall see her back on the court as soon as possible.”
The third, deciding match of the semifinal againt PEAC will be held in our gym on Saturday at 6 pm.
