A csapatunkhoz tavaly a BEAC-tól érkezett fiatal hátvéd marad Szekszárdon, és újabb két évre aláírt – a 20 éves játékossal ennek apropóján készítettünk egy rövid interjút.
Újabb két évre írtál alá – mi vezetett ehhez a döntéshez?
Nagyon jól éreztem magam itt Szekszárdon. A sérülésem miatt sajnos úgy érzem, maradt még bennem, ezt mindenképpen szeretném megmutatni és minél több győzelmet szerezni a magyar bajnokságban és az Európa-kupában is.
Hogyan értékelnéd az első szezonodat Szekszárdon?
Mindenképpen hasznos év volt számomra, sokat tudtam tanulni és úgy érzem erősödtem mentálisan is.
Milyen pluszt adott számodra az előző idény, amelyben sérülés is hátráltatott?
Még így is tudtam tapasztalatot szerezni és nagy élmény volt bemutatkozni az Euroligában.
Mit vársz a következő szezontól?
Nagy változások lesznek a csapatban, a keretben, de bízom benne, hogy gyorsan összekovácsolódunk majd. Remélem még jobban meg tudom magam mutatni és többet tudok segíteni a csapatnak, mint az első idényemben.
Julcsi Boros: another two years!
The young guard, who left BEAC and joined our team last year, stays with us in Szekszard and signed for another two years – we caught up with the 20-year-old player for a short interview about this.
You signed for another two years – what led you to this decision?
I had a great time here in Szekszard, but unfortunately, mainly due to my injury, I feel that I still have something left in me. I definitely want to show that and get as many victories as possible in the Hungarian league and the Europe Cup as well.
How would you rate your first season at Atomeromu?
It was definitely a good year for me, I was able to learn a lot and I feel like I became stronger mentally.
What have you learned, in what aspects of the game have you stepped forward last season, in which you were hampered by injury for a while?
I was still able to gain a lots of experience and it was great to make my debut in the Euroleague.
What do you expect from next season?
There will be big changes in the club, in the roster, but I am confident that we will quickly glue and form a strong group together. I hope I can show my skills even better and help the team in more ways than I did in my first year.
