Nagy örömünkre szolgál, hogy újabb légiós érkezését jelenthetjük be, miután klubunk megegyezett a korábbi szerb válogatott, 28 éves Alekszandra Stanacevvel.
Hét évet töltöttél el Spanyolországban, aztán kettőt Lengyelországban – milyen tapasztalatokat szereztél?
Fiatal játékosként a lehető legjobb választás volt számomra Spanyolország, a bajnokság erős, főleg az utolsó két évem a Lugónál nagyon kemény volt. Sokat tanultam, s a mindennapi életet is nagyon élveztem az országban. Aztán Lengyelországba igazoltam, s jó döntést hoztam, jókor váltottam. A bajnokság jó, sok jó légiós játszik a ligában, remek edzők dolgoznak a csapatoknál. Nagyon hálás vagyok a Lublinnak, a klub valamennyi alkalmazottjának, a csapattársaknak, a stábnak.
Valószínűleg jártál már Magyarországon is – most, hogy Szekszárdon folytatod, közelebb leszel az otthonodhoz, ami megkönnyíti a szerb légiósok életét.
Persze, ismerem az országot, s valóban, ez az egyik oka volt, hogy a KSC-t választottam, de nem csak emiatt szerződtem ide, rengeteg jót hallottam a klubról, a személyzetről és a a szurkolókról is.
Ismered Djokics Zseljkót? Mit gondolsz az edzői filozófiájáról?
Sokat hallottam róla a szerb játékosoktól, de nem ismerjük még egymást személyesen – persze remélem, jó kapcsolatot ápolunk majd. Egyébként a csapat több euroligás meccsét is láttam az előző szezonban.
Mi lehet az együttes reális célja a következő idényre?
Komoly célokért szeretnénk küzdeni, s az én ambícióim is nagyok: magyar bajnok szeretnék lenni! Egy szív, egy csapat!

We are delighted to announce the arrival of another foreign player following an agreement with the 28 years old former Serbian National playmaker Aleksandra Stanacev.
After seven years at Spain, you spent two seasons in Poland – what are your experiences in those two countries?
For me, it was the best country to go as a young player. The Spanish is a very hard league, especially my last two seasons there in Lugo was really tough. I think I learned a lot through the years, and even the everday life was great. Then I went to Poland, and I think it was a pretty good decision and moment to switch from Spain. Playing for the first time in the Eurocup was again a useful step in my career. The Polish league is solid, the clubs have quality foreigners, good coaches. I am grateful for the two seasons I spent in Lublin. The fans, the club, the organisation, the staff were great, and the players were nice to me.
I guess you have been in Hungary before – now you signed for Szekszard, a city that is close to your home, which makes it easier for Serbian players.
I have been to Hungary before, and yes, one of the reason I had signed was that this place is close to my home, but it is not just about that. I heard a lot of good things about the club, the people who work here, and the fans.
Have you known coach Djokic Zeljko before and what do you think about his game philosophy?
I heard from some Serbian players about Zeljko, but I don’t now him personally, still I hope we will have a good relation. I watched some of the games of the team last season in the Euroleague though.
What could be a realistic goal for KSC for the next season?
Goal for the next season are always high, and I come here with ambitions: to win a championship in Hungary. One heart, one team.
